      "body": "MOF provides photo capture, on-device editing, and local filter creation without sign-in. An account is required for server features such as buying, publishing, gifting, credits, following, and account linking.\n\nMOF provides photo capture, editing and filter creation features and directly sells and licenses filter usage rights to consumers in the marketplace. Creators provide MOF with the content and rights needed for sale. This relationship does not, by itself, transfer MOF's contractual or legal obligations to consumers to creators.\n\nThe general terms apply to use of the service as a whole. The creator sales and settlement addendum applies to the relevant activities of creators who sell content or receive earnings payments. The credit and refund policy applies to top-ups, subscription credits, gifts, purchase cancellations and refunds. A general purchaser's existing purchased rights or exercise of legal rights will not be restricted merely because they have not agreed to creator settlement conditions."

      "body": "Rights in personal photos captured or imported by users belong to the user or the original rights holder. MOF may process those photos only to the extent and for the time necessary to provide requested services such as editing and saving. This permission does not include publishing, selling, marketing use or AI model training. This clause does not authorize uploading photos processed only on the device to a server.\n\nPresets offered for sale, names, descriptions, tags and separately selected public samples are governed by the creator addendum. Editing or saving a personal photo alone does not constitute consent to use it as a public sample. Separate explicit consent is required to use content for AI training or improvement."

      "body": "After purchase, MOF grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the filter within MOF. Purchasers may apply the filter to photos they are legally entitled to use and use the finished photos for personal or commercial purposes. Third-party rights, including those in people depicted, trademarks and original photographs, must be respected separately.\n\nUse of a finished photo is distinct from resale of the preset itself. Unauthorized extraction, copying, resale or sharing of filter files or recipes, or transfer of the usage right, is not permitted. This clause does not prohibit acts permitted by law.\n\nA creator stopping sales or deleting their account does not automatically terminate existing purchasers' usage rights. If infringement, legal obligations, security issues or unavoidable technical reasons require restrictions, MOF will act only to the extent necessary and explain the reasons and available user actions. If continued provision is impossible, Section I.4 and the credit and refund policy apply."

      "heading": "I.4. Supported environments, service changes and termination",
      "body": "MOF identifies supported devices and operating systems and conditions needed for key features in the app distribution listing and service information. Security, changes to operating systems or external services, legal obligations, infringement prevention, or significant technical or operational reasons that make continued provision difficult may require mandatory updates, feature changes or discontinuation of support. MOF will not arbitrarily remove the core substance of purchased rights solely for operational convenience.\n\nWhen a material change or service termination is decided, MOF will give advance notice of the reasons, affected features and purchased rights, effective date, actions users can take and contact channels. If advance notice is impracticable because of an urgent security incident or legal order, necessary action may be taken first, followed by reasons and next steps as promptly as possible. Changes to the terms also follow the notice and consent procedures in Section I.7.\n\nA termination notice will separately address:\n- Existing export features for retaining personal photos and finished images, and the period they remain available.\n- Checking unused paid credits and applicable refund procedures, including requesting an Apple refund.\n- Whether purchased filters remain usable, the effect of ending support, and remedies under applicable law for purchased rights that can no longer be provided.\n- Statements of unpaid creator earnings, objections and final settlement procedures.\n- Account and personal data deletion, legally retained information and retention periods, and contact channels after termination.\n\nTermination or discontinuation of support does not itself extinguish unused payments, established unpaid earnings or MOF's legal liabilities. MOF does not promise permanent offline access or data restoration that it cannot actually provide, and will explain the available scope of service and users' remedies specifically."

Sharing a family relationship or device alone does not establish fraud.\n\nBased on specific risks and relevant evidence, MOF may suspend new sales of affected content, review related transactions or restrict necessary features. Measures must be proportionate to the nature, severity and recurrence of the violation. Mere suspicion will not justify confiscating all unrelated balances or revoking all purchased rights. Except for information that must be protected for investigations, security or third-party rights, MOF will explain the reasons and objection process, review submitted materials and communicate the outcome."

      "body": "Filter results may vary by source photo, device, operating system, display, intensity and editing settings. Differences between previews and final results and required supported environments will be explained so users can make an informed judgment. MOF does not guarantee a particular visibility ranking, sales volume or creator income. This does not exempt MOF from responsibility for specifically promised features or representations.\n\nMOF's liability and the extent of compensation are determined by applicable law, breach of contract, fault, causation and actual loss. External network or device failures for which MOF is not responsible may be considered to that extent, but MOF's intentional misconduct, gross negligence or statutory consumer protection duties are not excluded. Liability is not uniformly capped at recent payments, and there is no blanket exclusion of all damages.\n\nDisputes may be resolved through discussion between the parties and procedures provided by law. These terms do not impose exclusive jurisdiction at MOF's location to the user's disadvantage or a unilateral burden of proof contrary to law."

Ordinary changes will be announced at least 7 days before taking effect; adverse or material changes at least 30 days before. Individual notices and necessary consent checks will be carried out as required by applicable law. Longer periods or additional procedures required by law will prevail. Amendments will not be backdated, and mere silence will not be treated as consent to every change.\n\nChanges to creator sales and settlement conditions are treated as consent for those activities. MOF will explain which new activities are restricted without consent and how existing contracts are handled. Users will not be required to surrender accrued earnings or existing purchased rights in exchange for agreeing to changes. Earlier documents and consent records will be retained, linking the document type, version, language and content actually presented to the time of consent."

They can be purchased only through App Store in-app purchase; there are no external payment links.\n\n- Paid top-up credits: Rights for use within MOF purchased through App Store in-app purchases. MOF imposes no expiration on purchased credits. Topping up alone does not make the entire unused balance content already provided or consumed.\n- Free reward credits: Credits granted without a separate charge, such as promotions or service compensation. Their purpose and applicable conditions are disclosed when granted.\n- Subscription-provided or cashback credits: Credits provided as a paid subscription benefit, distinct from individual paid top-ups and separate free rewards. Although part of the subscription consideration, they are excluded from royalty calculations under current creator settlement rules. Calling them simply \"free\" does not reduce their nature or the user's rights.\n- Gifts: Transactions in which a purchaser transfers a usage right to another user. Receipt and refund status are tracked separately. Refunds go to the original purchaser under Apple policy and applicable law; the same amount is not also paid to the recipient.\n- Creator sales earnings: Monetary claims accruing separately from eligible sales, distinct from the purchase credit balances above. Holding credits alone does not create a right to a creator payment."

      "id": "III.2",
      "heading": "III.2. Cancellations, refunds and correction of usage rights",
      "body": "In-app purchase cancellations and refunds follow Apple's refund procedures and applicable law. MOF does not categorically exclude statutory withdrawal or refund rights or escape its direct legal obligations merely by referring users to Apple. Whether provision of the specific digital content has begun and which portion remains unused are considered separately.\n\nFor confirmed refunded transactions, MOF may recover or correct credits and usage rights to the extent necessary after comparing the transaction's rights and actual use. Unrelated legitimate purchases are not revoked wholesale, and deductions or recoveries already made are not repeated. If a refund reversal or processing error is confirmed, MOF will restore rights by reference to the original transaction without duplication and communicate the result.\n\nMOF does not impose a blanket penalty or \"refund fee\" on refunds legally guaranteed to consumers. Costs MOF must bear because of its own fault or a mismatch with representations or contractual terms will not be passed to the refunded user. The creator settlement provisions on actual transfer and conversion costs do not apply to consumer refunds."

      "id": "III.3",
      "heading": "III.3. Account deletion and subscriptions",
      "body": "Before account deletion, MOF explains ascertainable paid and free balances, subscription cancellation and refund request channels, and data that cannot be restored after deletion. Deletion or cancellation of a subscription alone does not extinguish statutory refund claims. Subscription cancellation, use of an already paid period, refunds and account deletion are handled as separate matters.\n\nTransaction, refund and dispute records that must legally be retained after deletion are kept only for their required purpose and period. Their retention does not justify continuing to display a former user's profile or public samples.\n\nWhen credits are spent, free credits are treated as spent first. Deleting an account forfeits free credits. After deletion, the app cannot show or restore the balance. MOF Pro is an auto-renewing App Store subscription; the displayed price, trial, renewal, and cancellation terms are those shown at purchase and in App Store subscription management. Refunds follow Apple's policy and applicable law."
