MOF provides photo capture, on-device editing, and local filter creation without sign-in. An account is required for server features such as buying, publishing, gifting, credits, following, and account linking. In Market transactions, MOF is the consumer-facing seller and licensor of filter access. Creators supply licensed content to MOF and do not enter a direct sale or license agreement with consumers through the service.
2. Accounts and age
Accounts are created with Apple or Google. The account key is the identifier in the Amazon Cognito access token. We do not merge accounts by email or display name. You must be at least 14 to register. Only individuals who are at least 19 years old and complete the required identity and age checks may receive creator payouts. Creating an account does not guarantee payout eligibility.
3. Credits, payment, and refunds
Credits are consumable rights that work only inside MOF. They can be purchased only through App Store in-app purchase; there are no external payment links. Cancellations and refunds follow Apple's App Store refund process and applicable law. Free and paid credits may be treated differently for creator royalties.
4. Creator content, ownership, and license
Creators retain ownership of the filter recipes, titles, descriptions, tags, and related content they publish. After a creator separately acknowledges the publication policy and selects photos for filter publication, MOF may review and display the metadata-stripped publication samples and filter results in the Market and on the public web. Each creator grants MOF a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license, only for the scope and duration needed to operate the service, to host, review, market, reproduce, distribute, and continue serving that content to existing purchasers. This license does not transfer ownership. MOF will not use creator content, including publication samples, to train or improve generative or other AI models without the creator's separate, affirmative consent.
5. Purchaser license and continued access
When a purchase is completed, MOF grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that filter inside MOF. If a creator unpublishes a filter or terminates an account, new sales stop, but existing purchasers' licenses are not revoked. MOF may continue serving the filter to existing purchasers. Access may be limited where necessary for a legal obligation, an intellectual-property dispute, security, or a material technical reason.
6. Fixed royalty and eligible paid credits
Until superseded under this section, the publicly fixed royalty is USD 0.0042 per eligible paid credit. An eligible paid credit is bought for money, successfully settled, used to acquire a creator's paid filter, and designated as royalty-bearing. Promotional, bonus, goodwill, service-recovery, incident, replacement, or other no-charge credits create no royalty unless MOF expressly designates and funds them as royalty-bearing. If the rate changes, MOF will publish the new rate and effective date in advance. A new rate applies only prospectively to eligible use on or after that date and will not retroactively reduce accrued earnings.
7. 180-day pending period and payout minimum
Each eligible earning remains pending for 180 days from the date it is recorded on the ledger and is not payable during that period. Once the pending period ends and the available balance is at least USD 30, the creator may request a payout from the Creator payout screen. Pending amounts and balances below the minimum do not earn interest.
8. Identity, taxes, payout destination, fees, and FX
Before payout, a creator must complete applicable identity verification (KYC), verification that the creator is at least 19, required tax information, and ownership verification for the payout destination. Creators remain responsible for their own tax filings and payments except amounts MOF or a payout provider must withhold by law. Before final confirmation, the payout screen will show the exact gross USD amount, every transfer or processing fee, payout currency, exchange rate, any FX markup or spread, total deductions, and exact net amount. If no conversion occurs, it will state that no FX rate or charge applies. No undisclosed fee will be deducted, and the creator may cancel before confirming. Payout functionality remains disabled until these checks, an exact pre-payout quote and cancellation path are available and the individual creator is approved. This does not restrict non-payout features or statutory rights.
9. Refunds, chargebacks, and rights disputes
A refund, chargeback, fraudulent or duplicate payment, transaction reversal, or intellectual-property claim or dispute may void pending or otherwise unpaid earnings reasonably connected to that transaction. An unpaid adjustment that has already become available may be offset against future earnings. The reason and amount will appear in the settlement record, and MOF will not offset more than the reasonably related amount.
10. Review, unpublishing, and termination
Filters may appear in the Market after review. Content without the necessary rights, use of another person's account, payment circumvention, fraud, and conduct that harms service stability are prohibited. MOF may remove a filter or restrict account features for a violation, rights claim, or legal obligation; creators may also unpublish filters or delete their accounts. Publication samples stop being publicly visible immediately on termination and, unless subject to a legal retention duty, their files are deleted within 30 days. Termination stops new sales and new earnings, but the limited license needed for existing purchaser access and provisions concerning settlement adjustments, taxes, record retention, and disputes survive only to the extent needed for those purposes.
11. Account deletion and subscriptions
When credits are spent, free credits are treated as spent first. Deleting an account forfeits free credits. MOF cannot directly refund credits bought through the App Store, so a request must be made through Apple's App Store refund process before deletion. After deletion, the app cannot show or restore the balance. MOF Pro is an auto-renewing App Store subscription; the displayed price, trial, renewal, and cancellation terms are those shown at purchase and in App Store subscription management. Refunds follow Apple's policy and applicable law.

이용약관
1. 서비스 범위와 MOF의 역할
MOF는 사진 촬영, 기기 안 보정, 로컬 필터 만들기를 로그인 없이 제공합니다. 필터 구매·게시·선물·크레딧·팔로우·계정 연결처럼 서버가 필요한 기능에는 계정이 필요합니다. 마켓 거래에서 소비자에게 필터 이용권을 판매하고 라이선스하는 주체는 MOF이며, 크리에이터는 MOF에 콘텐츠를 제공하는 공급자입니다. 크리에이터가 서비스 안에서 소비자와 직접 판매 또는 라이선스 계약을 맺는 것은 아닙니다.
2. 계정과 연령
계정은 Apple 또는 Google로 만들며, 계정 키는 Amazon Cognito access token의 식별자입니다. 이메일이나 표시 이름으로 계정을 합치지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만은 가입할 수 없습니다. 크리에이터 정산금은 만 19세 이상이고 필요한 본인·연령 확인을 마친 사람만 받을 수 있으며, 계정 생성만으로 정산 자격이 보장되지는 않습니다.
3. 크레딧, 결제와 환불
크레딧은 MOF 안에서만 쓰는 소모성 이용권입니다. 충전은 App Store 인앱 결제만 사용하며 외부 결제 링크는 없습니다. 결제 취소와 환불은 Apple의 App Store 환불 절차 및 적용 법령을 따릅니다. 무상 크레딧과 유상 크레딧은 정산상 다르게 취급될 수 있습니다.
4. 크리에이터 콘텐츠, 소유권과 라이선스
크리에이터는 자신이 게시한 필터 레시피, 제목, 설명, 태그와 관련 콘텐츠의 소유권을 유지합니다. 크리에이터가 공개 정책에 별도로 동의하고 필터 게시를 위해 사진을 선택하면, MOF는 메타데이터를 제거한 공개용 예시 사진과 필터 적용 결과를 심사하고 마켓·공개 웹에 표시할 수 있습니다. 크리에이터는 MOF에 서비스 운영에 필요한 범위와 기간으로 제한되는 비독점적·전 세계적 라이선스를 부여합니다. 이 라이선스는 콘텐츠를 호스팅하고, 검토하고, 마케팅하고, 복제하고, 배포하며, 기존 구매자에게 계속 제공하는 데 필요한 처리를 허용합니다. 이는 소유권 이전이 아닙니다. MOF는 크리에이터의 별도 명시적 동의 없이 예시 사진을 포함한 크리에이터 콘텐츠를 생성형 또는 기타 AI 모델의 학습이나 개선에 사용하지 않습니다.
5. 구매자의 이용권과 계속 이용
구매가 완료되면 MOF는 구매자에게 해당 필터를 개인적·비독점적·양도 불가능한 범위에서 MOF 안에서 사용할 수 있는 이용권을 부여합니다. 크리에이터가 게시를 종료하거나 계정을 해지해도 신규 판매만 중단되며, 기존 구매자의 이용권은 철회되지 않습니다. MOF는 기존 구매자에게 필터를 계속 제공할 수 있습니다. 다만 법적 의무, 지식재산권 분쟁, 보안 또는 중대한 기술상 사유가 있으면 필요한 범위에서 접근을 제한할 수 있습니다.
6. 고정 로열티와 적격 유상 크레딧
후속 공지가 효력을 갖기 전까지 공개 고정 로열티는 적격 유상 크레딧 1개당 미화 0.0042달러(USD 0.0042)입니다. 적격 유상 크레딧은 금전을 지급해 구매되고 결제가 유효하게 확정된 뒤 크리에이터의 유료 필터 취득에 사용되며 로열티 대상으로 지정된 크레딧을 뜻합니다. 프로모션·보너스·고객 보상·서비스 장애 또는 사고 대응·대체 지급 등 무상 크레딧은 MOF가 로열티 재원을 명시적으로 부담한다고 밝힌 경우가 아니면 로열티를 만들지 않습니다. 로열티율을 바꾸면 새 요율과 시행일을 미리 공개하며, 새 요율은 그 시행일 이후의 적격 사용에만 적용되고 이미 발생한 적립액을 소급해 낮추지 않습니다.
7. 180일 대기와 최소 지급액
각 적격 적립액은 원장에 기록된 발생일부터 180일 동안 대기 상태이며 그 기간에는 지급할 수 없습니다. 대기 기간이 끝나 지급 가능 상태가 된 잔액이 미화 30달러(USD 30) 이상이면 크리에이터 인출 화면에서 지급을 요청할 수 있습니다. 대기 중이거나 최소 지급액에 못 미친 금액에는 이자가 붙지 않습니다.
8. 본인확인, 세금, 지급처와 수수료·환율
지급 전에 크리에이터는 적용되는 본인확인(KYC), 만 19세 이상 연령 확인, 세금 정보 제출과 지급처 소유 확인을 마쳐야 합니다. 크리에이터는 MOF나 지급 대행자가 법에 따라 원천징수하는 금액을 제외한 자신의 세금 신고·납부 책임을 집니다. 지급을 최종 확인하기 전에 화면에는 미화 기준 총액, 각 송금·지급 수수료, 지급 통화, 적용 환율, 환전 마진 또는 스프레드, 총 공제액과 실제 수령액을 정확히 표시합니다. 환전이 없으면 환율과 환전 비용이 적용되지 않는다고 표시합니다. 표시되지 않은 수수료는 공제하지 않으며 크리에이터는 확인 전 지급 요청을 취소할 수 있습니다. 위 확인, 정확한 사전 견적과 취소 경로가 제공되고 개별 지급 자격이 승인되기 전까지 정산 지급 기능은 비활성으로 유지됩니다. 이는 비정산 기능이나 법령상 권리 행사를 제한하지 않습니다.
9. 환불, 차지백과 권리 분쟁 조정
관련 구매의 환불, 차지백, 사기·중복 결제, 거래 취소 또는 지식재산권 신고·분쟁이 발생하면 그 거래와 합리적으로 연결된 대기 중 또는 아직 지급하지 않은 적립액은 무효로 할 수 있습니다. 이미 원장에서 지급 가능 상태가 된 미지급 조정액은 이후 발생하는 적립액과 상계할 수 있으며, 조정 사유와 금액은 정산 내역에 표시합니다. 관련 금액을 넘어서 임의로 상계하지 않습니다.
10. 검토, 게시 종료와 계약 종료
필터는 검토를 거친 뒤 마켓에 공개될 수 있습니다. 권리 없는 콘텐츠, 다른 사람 계정 사용, 결제 우회, 사기 또는 서비스 안정성을 해치는 행위는 금지합니다. MOF는 위반, 권리 주장 또는 법적 의무가 있으면 필터를 내리거나 계정 기능을 제한할 수 있고, 크리에이터도 필터 게시를 종료하거나 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 종료 시 예시 사진의 공개 표시를 즉시 중단하고, 법적 보관 의무가 없는 예시 사진 파일은 30일 안에 삭제합니다. 종료 뒤에는 신규 판매와 신규 적립이 중단되지만, 기존 구매자 제공에 필요한 제한적 라이선스, 정산 조정, 세금·기록 보관 및 분쟁 관련 조항은 그 목적에 필요한 범위에서 계속 적용됩니다.
11. 계정 삭제와 구독
크레딧을 쓸 때는 무상 크레딧이 먼저 차감된 것으로 봅니다. 계정을 삭제하면 무상 크레딧은 소멸합니다. App Store에서 구매한 유상 크레딧은 MOF가 직접 환불할 수 없으므로 삭제 전에 Apple의 App Store 환불 절차로 요청해야 합니다. 삭제 후에는 앱에서 잔액을 확인하거나 되살릴 수 없습니다. MOF Pro는 App Store 자동 갱신 구독이며, 표시 가격·체험·갱신·해지는 구매 화면과 App Store 구독 관리에 표시된 조건을 따릅니다. 환불은 Apple의 정책 및 적용 법령을 따릅니다.
